Travel Information

Most visitors to the University of Illinois fly to Chicago.  Included in your program fee is transportation from Chicago’s O’Hare International airport to the University of Illinois campus.  You should plan to arrive on Saturday, January 27th and depart on February 10th.

Housing

We have arranged for participants to stay at TownePlace Suites, a five-minute walk from the College of Engineering.

Rooms include:

  • King bed
  • Private bath and shower
  • Separate living area with Sofa
  • Desk and chair
  • Table with seating for 2
  • Iron and ironing board
  • Coffee maker/tea service
  • Fully equipped kitchen with silverware, pots/pans, dishes, and glasses
  • Refrigerator
  • Stove top
  • Microwave
  • Dishwasher
  • Complimentary high-speed internet access
  • Cable TV

Meals

Daily breakfast is provided at the hotel. Lunch will also be provided as part of the program.  Participants will be responsible for their own dinner each evening.
